I enjoy putting my own personalized handles on. A new handle can really spiff up a nice old chisel. Being tang chisels would tip the balance for me.

If you're on a budget and really want to get the Two Cherries brand of chisels this is a nice set for a littl more than $100. However, I always feel I have use for a 1/4" (6mm).

Two very old Nooitgedagt chisels.

Re: Two very old Nooitgedagt chisels. That was Erik Anton Berg from Sweden and he used a shark logo. These Nooitgedagt chisels are almost exact copies. They have the same Eskilstuna steel for the cutting edge. The main difference is that E.A. Berg never made laminated blades as far as I know.
